An example of this is where we review your usage data to work out the percentage of customers in specific postcodes who have fortnightly lawn cuts. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, genetic and biometric data, criminal convictions and offences.

We will only use your personal data when legally permitted. The most common uses of your personal data are:

• Where we need to perform the contract between us.
• Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
• Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
• Where we enhance our services to you. An example would be contact by text, post, telephone, or email, highlighting seasonal lawn care tips; fast time alerts for lawn problems e.g. red thread and special offers on lawn care services, which we think may interest you. If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact us. 

You accept that we may take photographs of your property to record progress of treatments or use for marketing. We will retain full copyright of such images. Personal data contained in images will be obscured or removed.
